Checkmate

This is a great game
Which could put people to fame
Learned it when I was going to Grade 3
I never knew how it would be

Taught me to think
Even when I am in brink
This made me realize
That it is a bit hard to materialize

Sacrificing the KING for another KING
I would not do such a thing
I would never sacrifice my QUEEN
If and only if, the next move is a win

In using my final pieces
I wish my move connects and never misses
