This is a farewell to a past
A past, that I wish could have last
For everything has just ended
And there are things that have not mended
How I wish I could go back
'Coz I don't want to see you pack
How I wish I could see things ahead of time
I could have evaded this and made you still mine
But the lessons from the past
That my friend will surely last
With everything said and done
A new life has just begun
